Massage is one of the ultimate forms of relaxation. The therapeutic benefits of massage are many. A few for you to consider are the reduction of stress and anxiety, relief from chronic muscle pain and discomfort, and increased circulation and flexibility. Our licensed massage therapist utilizes multiple techniques and will recommend a session that will best suit your particular needs and desired outcome. 

Swedish Massage - promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety, relieves muscle fatigue and soreness, and improves circulation and lymphatic drainage resulting in an enhanced state of well-being. 

Deep Tissue/Neuromuscular Massage  - a deeper massage that relieves chronic muscular pain and discomfort that is caused by soft tissue restrictions due to tight fascia, trigger points, and/or strained muscle fibers by restoring balance and flexibility to the tonus system.

Medical Massage - outcome based massage therapy, primarily the application of specific protocols targeted to specific problems presented with the client's physician diagnosis. Useful in treating those suffering from sciatica, piriformis syndrome, rotator cuff injuries, tendentious, the effects of cancer and cancer treatments, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, Restless Leg Syndrome, automobile accidents, tennis elbow, TMJ, migraines and more.

Prenatal Massage - expectant mothers are encouraged to take time for themselves. This massage will help ease the pressure that builds in the back and spine during pregnancy. The first trimester is an important time for mother and baby to become acclimated to each other, during this time, massage is not recommended. It is always wise to consult your doctor for any concerns before the appointment.

Thai Therapy - passive yoga-style stretches, range of motion of the joints, gentle traction and rocking are all used to help you feel balanced and elongated.

Good communication creates a service outcome that is always satisfying, so we encourage you to ask questions and to please advise us of any health concerns you may have.

As a courtesy to the following guest, please arrive on time for your scheduled service. Should you arrive late, your treatment will end as previously scheduled and the service fee will be one hundred percent.
